These grills have been sold in the USA for many years now and have convinced a lot of customers of their quality and style. And this is how the grills work:
The gas flows from the bottle to the burners, were it is ignited by the " multi shot" ignition. There are steel blades over the burners to cover the flames and distribute the heat in the grill. These blades also avoid dripping fat and grease to be lit by the burners.
It will flow beside the burners and in to the grease drawer. (easy to clean) Nearly no fat will be burned on these grills, so no flame ups, like you have them on regular grills, will burn your food. The heat will be constant and adjustable. As there are no lavarocks in the grill, you won’t burn any old fat and grease. With the hickory chips which you can buy in this shop you can provide the typical hickory smoke flavour. I the US this kind of grilling nearly expelled all other ways of grilling.
By the way: blind testing found out that there is no tasteable difference in gas grilling, and on top it is the most healthy way of grilling as well.
Our grills are made and specified for the German market. They work with different European gasbottles by using an adapter.
