Drunken Chicken / The chick rack

The handling is very easy: Take a beercan and "discard" one third of the beer. Then you start spicing the beer. You may use garlic, pepper, Tabasco, fresh herbs an so on.... Just let your phantasy do the work..... Also spice the chicken from the outside and inside. Rub the skin with a little butter and then put it over the rack with the beercan. Put an onion or little potato in the neck to avoid that the beer steam leaves the chicken body. Then put it on the grill, with indirect heat. With our grill just the burners real left and right on "low". As the grease leaves the chicken on the bottom and over the feet, the chickenskin will become perfectly cross, not like in the oven, only on one side. The beer will give a very nice taste to the meat and keeps it incredible juicy. Try it also with cola, lemonade or other beverages... As already mentioned let your phantasy do the work.... And on top you will see the astonished faces of your guests when a chicken stands on your grill.
